The skills and professionalism possessed by the staff and board of CSI will be harmonized for better service delivery and performance as well as in the implementation of programmes. We continuously upgrade our training and capacity in order to create synergy and build on professionalism. - 4. Teamwork:
The diversity exhibited through professionalism, ethnicity, age as well as talent is a source of strength and unity for the CSI. In all we do we cultivate team spirit, collaboration and consultation while focusing on our common goals. This way we maximize our synergies. - 5. Gender Equity:
CSI recognizes that sustainable development cannot be successfully achieved without taking into account the part played by women. The organization therefore promotes gender sensitive practices.
